When you wake up in the morning, what is the first thing that comes to mind?  Is it Obama care, maybe you ponder about the illuminati or the coming of the Anti Christ?

Doubt it!
More than likely you're only thinking of  "bathroom"  and the need to release that bladder. 
Truth is...( and I am not lying) our first concerns are our reality, the others are only distractions created to keep you from seeing the world's reality and the devastations being done to this planet, all for the love of money.

The real criminals are the ones committing the atrocities against our planet, for what we will term CAPITAL.  They are the bullies of the playground, all grown up, physically,  you know the type, they take advantage of those who want to help humanity (the industrialists, the creators, the inventors and the free thinkers); still they are stealing everyone's  "lunch money" and pilfering ideas from their "friends", that is the capitalists then and today.  It could be said that their mothers are to blame, not teaching them how to share and play fair.  But they are adults  ot children, blame can only carry on so long, before you have to put your boots on and wade through the sludge and deal with it.  So you see what we have here are a bunch of brats who are out of control, struggling to gain and maintain control in society and the world.

Losing My Religion

 People tend to think of a leader as a person who’s well connected, powerful and wealthy.  Judging  leaders by what they have, when we should be  looking at what they do not have, or display :  Ego, arrogance, and self‑interest. 

True leaders view their work as a self‑less service for a higher purpose and bigger picture.   Because leadership is not power and dominance. It is servitude.

When I  hear and see the back patters jumping to attention at every word of a "leader", they're  wearing hats with bells and doing cartwheels.  Jesters prepping the audience.  

If you really want IT to be different ,  you have to make a difference, first is to be different.  

Put one foot in front of the other and soon you'll be walking out the door!

To All My Relations

This phrase gets tossed around so freely, the meaning lost, with out a second thought.
It is disheartening to speak these words, the meaning lost to those you're trying to reach.
I can honestly say these words and be speaking to ALL tribal members.  Because I am related to each and everyone of you.  If you question this, as you should and I hope you do, feel free to check it out.
Several years ago I received documents printed from the BIA data base, but they're lost today, having been loaned out and destroyed in a fire. However thanks to technology today it is all in a database at the Tulalip Museum.
 This was something that I didn't want to brag about it, but it must be told now.
 I am here to help my people, always have been, I am related to all...
I am not running this year, but I am next year ....

Did you know Walt Disney (and his film crew) coerced the Lemmings into jumping off the cliff..Yep, those little Lemmings had no choice but to jump. The film was created when they went out to study the body movements and characteristics of the animals together.  I wonder if he rescued the Lemmings that jumped in the water?  Or did they just enjoy the control they had over the animals...ultimately running them to their demise?

Yes I'm definitely Looking into this, I seen this movie not only on television, but also in the public school and the Catholic school  I had attended. Why would they use a piece of film that was a pack of lies?  
It could've been Disney was pushing and testing the waters of deception.  Creating lies and spoon feeding it to the people and they bought it....

Sgwigwi ( how I remember it sounding)

I am posting this bit of evidence on how these people are DECEIVING you and rewriting history to benefit THEM, not the people as a whole.

In 2004,  I was working with a contracted consultant on the PL 102-477 programs, it was requested the department be renamed using a native word to describe our work. This is when I wanted to name the department SGWIGWI.  An event, that helps and  feeds all.   I had many memories from my great aunt Ruth Coy Walker and my grandmother.  

So I wrote a  letter with the word and description as I knew it, and in housed this to the general manager of the tribes.  After  six weeks I was informed by phone to talk to the cultural department.  So my request went forward, another six weeks I get a phone call from those  that "MASTER" our native language, they told me  no such word existed!" Nothing?", I asked.

"nothing..." Click they hung up.

Of course I was perplexed, I had recalled this word being used by my great aunt, my grandmother, my grandpa, my tsapa',  Was my memory wrong, ? NO, I believe in genetic memory and that does not lie!  The truth be told alas!

To my friends who believed in me, stood by me and still have not faltered to their HYPOCRITCAL WAYS, the truth of our native ancestry here it is:

They used to give potlatch every fall when there's plenty of everything. Plenty of ducks and plenty of salmon. Cause everything was plentiful in those days. Lost of deer, lots of ducks, lots of salmon, camas. Anything what the other tribe got, well they'll bring it to this potlatch to feed the people. Well, they'll all go home. Well, maybe here next fall, the other tribes will give a potlatch, and he'll do the same. That's the way the old people was. In the early days, that's the way they did this potlatch because white people thought that was very foolish of giving all what he's got. But keep up the poor, that's what this is for. Keep up the poor. That's the end of it."

As her great, great granddaughter, I can only aspire to be as wise and share these words so we do not forget.  So WE NATIVE PEOPLE of the northwest coast can walk true to our ancestors.  

I cannot fight against those who do not hear and act respectfully, they've  choosen their own path and it is not the old ways.

I always ask this to the air above me...is anyone listening?

I can recall when I first noticed the bull chit here at Tulalip, it was 1993-4.

Contently, I sat in my small office, facing a wall with a window that allowed me to look out at my daughter at playtime.  This "job"  was all good, not in my plan, but helped none the less.  I knew only the name Unix.  But I knew several programming languages, so when I looked at their system, and seen it was so very basic, so simple it was a joke.  I looked at the book the Indian Guy,  had tossed at me, "Unix for dummies", now I seen the humor in the title.   Poor ""Indian Guy", the empire builder wannabe.  I remember him asking me "Who ARE you?" , with a snidely smile.  Ewwwww, how it still creeps me out.

 Little did I know, he was meeting, planning and sabotaging the computer equipment with the "girls of CHS",  behind my back.  Quite crazy and paranoid on their part.  I had no idea  why or what possibly drove them to this, but fear.  Combine fear with lack of knowledge or misinformation....
How frightened do you have to be,  to be so deceitful and conniving.  To be driven to that point, how scary.  I hope to never be at that point ever in my life.
I believe you must be aware of your strengths, I know my capabilities therefore I do not fear those more intelligent than me, I seek them out, to learn from them.

Eventually all of this came to me, confessions of assisting, guilty feelings overcame them...blahblahblah ...
The truth came out! Those involved  you ask, ..look at all those in positions managing, hiring, exploiting, but most of all lying to all of you!

Those to fear are those less intelligent and more conniving than yourself.  They will go to no end to cause you pain...THINK ABOUT IT...
BUT IN NO WAY FORGET ABOUT IT!

Mind you a programmer is not a PC TECHNICIAN.

Dream of mine ...any ideas

2004 spring Dream

This dream has had me puzzled....

I'm on a ledge of big building, walking.  The  ledge's width is broad enough for me to safely face forward.  I can smell the grass, trees and flowers surrounding the building I am walking around.   It is so beautiful and I enjoy ALL the wonderful nature greeting me.   The butterflies and dragonflies are following me.  The bees buzz around me, they're happy, and I KNOW this, it is their singing.   

I look over the ledge and see the dew on the grass below, for the ledge is about 4 feet from the ground.  But I stay on the ledge walking and watching the sunrise. I come upon the tree nearest the building,  a little brown snake slithers onto my path on ledge.  It is blocking my way, I look to the tree for a branch to jump to, but instead, I see the large white and yellow snake.  It is a giant compared to the little snake, but I know it is a she...

It is sitting on the closest branches, the ones I need to escape the other snake. 

I look at both snakes and am frightened, 

for the first time in my dream..

Then I wake.....

The time has come

The time has come for Native People to CHANGE things for OUR future generations.  Only WE can do it, TOGETHER, for OUR children, and to OUR ANCESTORS, OUR PAST.  For they did not die for NOTHING.  

Do not walk blindly into complacency, racism still affects us now, pitting us against each other in a competition called "good business".  

My Goal was...

I wanted to make things better, help educate, show that math is easy, reading is fun and writing  can be a great escape when needed.  I wanted to do so much to show what I seen and learned.  But something along the way went askew.  Not my dream, not my desire, but something was slowly killing the glow that existed in the people. 

 I have been going about this all wrong.  I wanted to work for the people, and I believed I was at first.  I thought working from within was the best way to make changes.  Oh how I was wrong!   I was working for the TRIBE, not my people, and that was not my dream, my goal and hearts desire.  

After much thought,  I see

I learned, and I am here now to work from the OUTSIDE, for my people to make sure the RIGHT CHANGES are implemented!

To cut or not to cut....

As I turned 50 I look at my pictures, mostly not recognizing the face in the mirror any longer. I am trying to reconnect to my inner self.
The face staring back has been around, marked and scarred from the battles of life. No one is to blame but myself, for I made those decisions to put myself in such situations. Of course I cannot bite my own face,if I could I'd be fucking rich. But that A$$ is gone, almost all the way gone which no doubt will be soon. Any fucking male who bites is crazy and isn't a man at all.
But that is for another time, I'll throw a party and let ya know!
To cut or not to cut?
I think I will continue to grow into my scarred face and love myself..for now

Yes it has been a few since I have posted. But I have been having way too much fun doing videos of all my #Rezkidz on Video Star, SocialCam and other apps, for editing. I have hundreds of videos now.
An I avoiding, nope more like distracting my mind from all the Bull $hit that has gone on. Do I care? Yes but it helps me laugh. The RezKidz are great. Posing for pictures , videos and such. Keeping me laughing. Thanks you kids are getting me through this $4it.Big wet mooches to all! Lol
There's more to the story, but I'm happy now, don't wanna buzz kill.

TOOT TOOT, TOOT!!!

Hear that? It is someone tooting their own horn? Do you know anyone like that?
I am sure you do, we all know someone that likes to talk about themselves. Now do not get me wrong, to be proud is a good thing. Everyone needs to be proud.
But there is no I in team.
I have seen the pictures with the A and the I is in the letter A. "Look I found the I in team!" Cute, bet you have never been a team player at anything. Those who have played team sports know how to play together, know the importance of working together and know how to treat their team mates with respect.
Equally important is chosing team mates.
Would you expect to see a debate coach choosing the football players?
(Do not scoff at the debate team, it is made up of the smartest and quick witted people, who can chew and spit you out before you even counter argue, hands down)
The answer is NO, they would not let someone with LITTLE TO NO KNOWLEDGE of the TEAM, make MAJOR decisions that would affect the team as a whole. Do you understand what I am getting at? If not check out my blogs or facebook, I will be honest with you!

A motion of no confidence (alternatively vote of no confidence, censure motion, no-confidence motion, or (unsuccessful) confidence motion) is a motion whose passing would demonstrate to the that the body of people no longer has confidence in the appointed government. What WE want matters, what they (Each Board of Director) want should never be more significant than the general councils wants or needs.
Do not look down on me, my children nor my people. I am here because I chose to be. Thanks you for the education, I just wish we could utilize ALL of our strengths, instead of fear them and push them aside.
